The Division of Human Resource Management (DHRM) is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Director to lead the HR Field Office for Government Operations and related agencies in Utah. This role advises agency leadership on workforce strategy and directs a team delivering recruitment, employee relations, and data-driven HR solutions.
