Job description
The Town of Brookline seeks an Associate Town Counsel – Labor and Employment Law to join its legal team. You will advise on employment law compliance, collective bargaining, labor disputes, and risk management for town departments.
The role requires a JD from an accredited law school and at least five years' public sector labor and employment experience, including arbitration and employment litigation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brookline, MA.
