Greystone Real Estate Advisory Group seeks a Real Estate Counsel in Boston to support MBTA and MassDOT with leasing, licenses and other real estate documents. You will ensure public procurement compliance, coordinate closings and prepare transaction summaries.
The role requires a Juris Doctor and 3+ years in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on transactional drafting and public sector experience. Strong communication skills are essential.
