Job description
The Town of Shady Shores is seeking an Operations Director to lead the Operations Department, including Public Works, Utility Billing, Parks, Code Enforcement, and Municipal Court administration. This role provides day-to-day leadership, budget oversight, and policy implementation to support Town Council goals.
You will supervise staff, coordinate with Town Administration and external partners, monitor service delivery, and drive improvements in efficiency and accountability.
