Franklin County seeks an innovative, collaborative Director of Public Utilities to lead the countywide water and sewer enterprise in the Research Triangle Region. The role oversees three branches—Operations, Infrastructure Services, and Business Services—and guides engineering, treatment, distribution, and customer service with a team of about 55 employees.
