Job description
Publications Coordinator
Advanced experience and expertise in working with Datavision for publication reviews
Routing of all IIS/IIT, research collaboration and internally written publications through Datavision – responsible for record set up, management of all reviews and approvals, record close out
Agency QC of Datavision records
Compliance management through TOV reporting
Ability and knowledge of running Datavision reports for metrics generation
Facilitation of internal process to sponsor HCPs for congress attendance, when applicable
Meeting minute recording and management for bi-weekly team meetings
QR code generation through internal system
Management of updates to team playbook
May be asked to support other cross functional publication team activities as appropriate
6+ month contract opportunity
Hybrid opportunity - 1 to 2 times per month onsite in NY for meetings
