Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a 9-bed pulmonary progressive care unit, focusing on patients with acute conditions such as lung transplants, pulmonary hypertension, ventilator dependence, and related therapies.
The nurse collaborates closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice nurses, case managers, social workers, and therapists, to deliver timely treatment and patient rehabilitation.
