You will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating complex respiratory conditions, managing critically ill patients, and seamlessly transitioning between inpatient and outpatient settings. This dynamic hybrid role offers the unique chance to follow patients through their continuum of care, from acute critical illness to long-term pulmonary management.

Conducting thorough medical examinations and tests to accurately assess patient conditions, both in pulmonary and critical care settings.

Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic respiratory diseases.

Managing critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, including ventilation support and advanced life-sustaining therapies.

Performing pulmonary procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and critical care procedures.

Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including other specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals.

Explaining patient conditions, health status, and necessary treatments clearly to patients and their families, fostering understanding and shared decision-making.

Participating and contributing to comprehensive patient care discussions across both pulmonary and critical care services.

Ensuring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and best practices in both pulmonology and critical care medicine.

We are offering a competitive base salary and commencement bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness benefits, 401k with match, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME & allowance, professional dues, relocation assistance, potential eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness, and an additional perk of no state income tax!
