Job description
The University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a Nurse Navigator for the Pulmonary department. This dayshift, 40-hour/week role focuses on guiding patients through the care continuum, educating patients and families, and coordinating resources across services to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment.
The Nurse Navigator serves as a clinical resource, advocates for patients, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and support staff to remove barriers to care.
