RecruitWell is partnering with a well-established, private group is recruiting a Pulmonary Critical Care physician to join their practice. The role will comprise of both Inpatient Pulmonary Services, ICU Intensivist Work and Outpatient Pulmonary clinic.Clinical Overview Inpatient Work Schedule/Responsibilities: One Week of dedicated ICU/Critical Care Coverage (7am-7pm) - Boca RatonOne Week of dedicated inpatient Pulmonary service (Consults/Rounding) - Boca RatonAfter hour work is handled by Intensivist cover the ICUOne Week of dedicated inpatient Pulmonary & Critical Care service - West Boynton BeachAfter hour work is handled by a Nocturnist NP/PAOutpatient Clinic Responsibilities: Outpatient Pulmonary Services - On weeks not covering inpatient service linesNew Patient Consults/Follow UpsIn Office TestingPractice Information Group Size: 6 Pulmonary Critical Care Physicians & 3 dedicated Intensivists Affiliated with 3 area hospitalsAcademic Affiliation - Teaching opportunities for residents and fellowsQualifications M.D. or D.O. degree.Board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical CareOpen to experienced physicians and new fellowship graduates.Active Florida medical license or eligibility for Florida licensure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, colleagues, and referring providers.Lifestyle Information: Highly desirable community locationsExceptional schools & healthy living makes this an amazing place to live & raise a familyLive in one of the best natural environments & exceptional climates in the countryUnlimited outdoor activities with easy access to multiple landscapesYear-Round SunshineGolf, Beaches, Boating, Etc.No State Income TaxEasy access to one of the largest international airportsRecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
