Job description
CoxHealth is seeking a Pulmonology/Critical Care Physician who is BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine and in Pulmonary Disease Medicine or in final year of such program leading to certification for work in Branson, Missouri to provide direct care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit environment, including resuscitation, advanced cardiac and trauma life support, prescription of therapeutic agents, invasive and non-invasive monitoring systems, airway maintenance, mechanical ventilation, and bronchoscopy. Provide direct care to patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions. Discuss patient and management of care with other physicians as needed. Responsible for monitoring patients conditions and progress, determining and evaluating appropriate treatments, and explaining procedures and discussing test results and treatment plans with patients.
