Job description
A hospital-employed multispecialty group in New York s Southern Adirondack region is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible pulmonologist for a practice combining outpatient pulmonology, inpatient care, and critical care.
Position Highlights
- Varied inpatient, outpatient, and critical care responsibilities.
- PFTs, EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, and other advanced procedures available.
- Open ICU with intensivist, hospitalist, and critical care PA support.
- Established pulmonary rehabilitation program.

- Epic EMR.
- $433,600 base salary + productivity bonus.
