If so, then you've come to the right place!Essential Job AccountabilitiesResponsible for pump repair, troubleshooting, and repair of water well pumpsJob preparation including assembling parts, supplies and materialsTrain Pump Technicians and maintain a safe working environmentResponsible for maintaining and repairing company issued equipmentResponsible for well rehabilitation efforts using chemicals and mechanical meansAdministrative work including reports, driving logs, timesheetsEducationHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalentCertificationValid state driver's license and Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 60 daysWork ExperienceMust have 1-3 years previous pump installation and repair experience as Pump Installer or Pump TechnicianKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMust have working understanding of pumps, motors, wells, electricity, controls, piping, rigging, chemicals and well rehabilitation toolsMust be extremely safety conscious and understand hazards and dangers associated with the jobStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain company equipment including pump rig, service truck, welder, generator, hand tools, power tools, grinders, drills, chain wrenches and come-alongAbility to read, write and follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to problem-solve when faced with obstaclesAbility to promote additional company offered servicesAbility to train new employeesAdditional Requirements/SkillsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a small hand tools.The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environmentAbility and willingness to abide by the Company's Code of Conduct on a daily basisWAGE RANGE = $27 - $35/hr with health benefits starting 1st of the month following date of hire.
