If you are interested, please apply and our recruiting coordinators will be in touch shortly.Responsibilities/Duties:The individual would be completing punch out list, final touches before the owner would move into the property.Skills/Qualifications:Enthusiastic, positive "can do" attitude a mustExcellent attention to detailMust be comfortable working independently in residential homesMust have basic hand tools and electric tools as needed (skill saw; drill; screw guns etc.)Construction environment, must be able to adapt to weather conditionsMust be punctual and ready to work daily, some overtime may be required.Job Types: Contract, Full-timeSalary: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceSchedule:8+ hrs. shiftDay shiftAbility to commute/relocate:License/Certification: 2yrs experience a plusDriver's License (Preferred)Work Location: In personContact: Sandra
