Machine OperatorLocation: South Haven, MIPosition Type: Full-Time, Evaluation HirePay/Salary: $16.00 per hourShift: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pmThis position performs operations on assigned machines including set-ups, troubleshooting and teardown. To fulfill the requirements of this position, operators must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.Responsibilities/DutiesAbility to Operate Various Types of Machinery with Limited Interruptions. Efficient Machine Set-up and Teardown. Proficient Die Handling – Loading, Unloading, etc.Reading Blueprints & Part Specifications. Accurately Enter Production Data into DatabaseClose Observation of Product while Processing. Troubleshooting based on Machine MonitoringQualifications4-6 years of Machine Operator ExperienceMechanical Aptitude / Capability to Learn New Concepts.Adaptability in handling fast-paced changes in production schedulesHighly Detail-Oriented.
