Punch Press OperatorOur customer in West Bend, WI is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We're recruiting Punch Press Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Punch Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welds on various metal components.Responsibilities of the Punch Press Operator:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot robotic welding machines according to established procedures and specificationsInspect materials and components to ensure proper alignment and fit before weldingMonitor welds for consistency and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet production standardsPerform routine maintenance and cleaning on welding robots and related equipmentAdhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environmentRecord production data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during welding operationsParticipate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of robotic welding technologiesPunch Press Operator Requirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years punch press operator experiencePrevious experience as a punch press operator, advanced skilled preferredAbility to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a variety of conditionsEffective communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with team membersPay for Punch Press Operator: $20-25/hour, based on experience. Punch Press Operator Benefits:Paid weekly.Direct deposit.Paid time off.Paid training.Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time. Schedule: Monday – Thursday from 2:30 pm – 1:00 am.
