Punchlist CarpenterWe are seeking a highly skilled Punchlist Carpenter to join our team in Danville, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in high-quality finish work and can efficiently complete final-stage construction tasks to prepare projects for client turnover.Key Responsibilities:Complete residential and/or commercial punchlist items with precision and efficiencyPerform finish carpentry tasks including trim, baseboards, casing, doors, and hardware adjustmentsRepair minor drywall, paint touch-ups, and caulking as neededAdjust cabinets, drawers, and installed fixtures for proper alignment and functionIdentify and resolve quality issues to meet project standards and deadlinesCommunicate effectively with supervisors and project teams regarding progress and issues
