Purchasing AnalystHigharc is seeking an accomplished Purchasing Analyst to serve as the primary contact for Builder purchasing teams and a right-hand to the VP of Purchasing as we build out and scale this program.What You'll DoWe're launching this program from the ground up! You'll develop the tools you need to assist with this work. Expect to:Manage the rebate, discount, and incentive process and payments with Builders and Suppliers for the Purchasing ProgramWork with Higharc Product and Procure team to facilitate programmingCollect and analyze Builder cost information and supplier program proposals (supporting Purchasing Sourcing events)Build process and templates to allow the function to scale rapidlyServe as the day-to-day point of contact for Builders on Purchasing Program as it expands, assisting Builders with unlocking the value of the ProgramHandle communication with Builders and Suppliers related to rebates, discounts, and incentives after setup with the Purchasing ProgramAbout YouYou're an empathetic, trustworthy, gritty builder who can't wait to have a significant impact on transforming this industry. This role will require an experienced and capable person with reliable decision making abilities who is able to receive a mission and successfully deliver on it.You have:5+ years of data management and financial analysis experienceConstruction industry experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to make thoughtful, analytical decisionsA knack for being process-minded--you're thinking about current and future impact of what you're implementingStrong financial analysis, tech savvy, and project management skillsA major plus if you also bring:Homebuilding experienceWorking at HigharcRemote work and travel: Our company is entirely remote, and has been since we were founded in 2018. We value in-person collaboration and asynchronous deep-work time, which is why we schedule regular team meet-ups in our hubs across the US and, depending on the role, prioritize hiring in those hubs.
