Job TitleRemote position.Top 2 skills:1) finance as it relates to software purchasing and2) advanced skillset in Excel and SmartSheets.Responsibilities include:Leverage multiple data sources to build consolidated software inventories.Experience with Excel and SmartSheets; familiar with Excel functions VLOOKUP, INDEX, IFERROR; creating pivot tables.Assist and own data reconciliation based on guidance provided.Track financial spend; investigate and report on variances as it relates to software spendAssist Financial Lead with maintaining financial forecast as it relates to software spend, covering monthly, quarterly and full year views.Assist Software Asset Management team with PO creation and receipting.Connect with end user community to collect details and validated software utilization; includes communicating and responding to emails or connecting over MS Teams with software owners to discuss details.Attend daily/weekly stand-up calls and provide progress updates.Run various reports on software spend based on parameters provided.
