Manage cycle count programs and lead physical inventory audits to maintain 98%+ stock accuracy.

Coordinate material requirements planning (MRP) with production, logistics, and sales departments to eliminate bottlenecks and prevent excess/obsolete inventory.

Implement inventory optimization techniques (e.g., Just-In-Time/JIT, FIFO/LIFO tracking, ABC analysis) to reduce scrap, spoilage, and holding costs.

Supplier Quality and Performance Management

Conduct regular vendor evaluations and business reviews; lead corrective action processes (CAPA) for non-conforming materials or recurring delivery issues.

Maintain secondary/alternate sourcing strategies for key operational inputs to ensure business continuity.
