Overview
Senior Purchasing Manager with a defense, aerospace, or high-technology manufacturing background.
Lead purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing and commodity management
Drive supplier development, negotiations, subcontracting and supplier performance
Manage strategic supplier agreements, including SPA, BOA and LTA
Lead make/buy decisions, supplier selection, transitions and cost reduction
Support NPI, production requirements, material availability and obsolescence planning
Lead and develop the purchasing organization
Qualifications
BA/BS Degree
Active Secret Clearance (or eligible xxzpjkt for one)
7+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience
Leadership experience managing purchasing or procurement teams
Strong defense, aerospace or high-technology manufacturing background
DoD, ITAR, EAR, FAR and DFARS experience
