Job description
Austin Allen Company - Professional Recruitment is seeking a Purchasing Manager for a high-volume manufacturing operation in the Upper Midwest. This role reports to the General Manager and leads a team of 8–10 across purchasing, planning, inventory, and warehouse activities.
Responsibilities include directing procurement of raw ingredients, managing material flow, and adapting quickly to changing production schedules while ensuring on-time delivery and inventory availability.
