This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.As a member of the purchasing team, this position receives all retail merchandise; verifies all merchandise against packing slips noting discrepancies, quantity, specifications, pricing, and delivering merchandise to Retail shops.Our employees represent the Broadmoor brand and are Ambassadors of our Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Standards. Learn more about Broadmoor here.What you will be doing:Receive all retail shipmentsVerify retail merchandise against computer generated receiving document, noting any discrepancies in quantity, quality and specificationsCommunicate any discrepancies to the retail buyersProcess all paperwork in a timely manner to insure prompt payment of vendor invoicesProcess of all receiving documents & ticketing of all merchandiseDeliver all ticketed merchandise to the proper retail shopsUse the Track IT system to maintain delivery logs and obtain proof of delivery signaturesMaintain a list of received items with no PO's and send to retail buyers regularlyMaintain the retail receiving area in a neat, clean, and safe manor including the restroomsAdheres to performance standardsWillingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.Other duties as assignedThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
