Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our team in building scalable, high-performance components for a major platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional and object-oriented programming, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.

This role requires a passion for clean code, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop horizontally scalable and reusable components within the core platform.

Review code and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices, with a focus on performance and stability.

Serve as a subject matter expert for deployed code and provide support to other developers.

Write clean, reusable, and extendable code that contributes to the core platform.

Continuously work to simplify and optimize software solutions.

Collaborate with peers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Build distributed and scalable services, including robust microservices.

Write unit tests using frameworks such as pytest or unittest.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Strong expertise in Python with a solid foundation in both functional and object-oriented programming.

Proficiency in algorithms and data structures.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Hands-on experience in building distributed systems and scalable microservices.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
