About the Role
Our client, a leading global Corporate & Investment Bank, is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join its FX trading desk. You will sit on the trading floor and partner directly with traders and sales to design, build, and support the tools they rely on every day, from pricing and risk to trade lifecycle management.
This is a high-autonomy role for someone who enjoys owning a stream end to end, moving fast, and turning business needs into clean, scalable software.
What You Will Do
Translate desk requirements into well-designed technical solutions, from analysis through delivery
Build and maintain web applications for FX traders and sales across both frontend and backend, using a modern tech stack
Develop and enhance pricing and analytics tools covering spot, forwards, and swaps, including curve construction
Take ownership of a development stream and drive it independently
Help migrate legacy spreadsheet-based tools onto a robust, industrialized platform while keeping existing processes running during the transition
Troubleshoot production issues quickly and deliver pragmatic, value-added fixes
Write unit and non-regression tests, contribute to the testing process, and keep documentation up to date
Design with scalability and future evolution in mind
Propose ideas to improve tooling, processes, and team efficiency
What You Bring
3+ years of experience with strong Python skills (pandas, API development, non-regression testing)
2+ years of experience with React or a comparable modern frontend framework
Advanced spreadsheet skills: Excel functions, VBA, pivot tables
Working knowledge of SQL
Understanding of FX pricing and curve structures (spot, forwards, swaps), ideally with exposure to emerging market or LatAm currencies
Familiarity with the full trade lifecycle: booking, risk, P&L, market data, settlement, and rolls
Previous experience working directly on a trading floor

Python, React, SQL, Excel/VBA, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, PyCharm, VS Code, with access to AI-assisted coding tools. Strong culture of code quality, test coverage, and continuous delivery, within an international team spanning multiple locations.
