Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Mobile QA Test Analyst, iOS to join our Mobile Quality Engineering team and help ensure the quality, security and reliability of Keeper’s iOS applications. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro areas.

About the Role

The Mobile QA Test Analyst, iOS will report to the Director of QA and work closely with Mobile Engineering, Product and other Quality Engineering teams to validate new features, identify defects and improve the overall quality of Keeper’s iOS applications.

This is a hands-on testing role focused on functional, regression, integration, exploratory and release validation across iPhone and iPad environments. You will help maintain comprehensive test coverage, troubleshoot complex mobile issues and ensure new releases deliver secure, reliable and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

Design, maintain and execute test cases for Keeper’s iOS applications

Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability and release testing across supported iPhone and iPad devices

Validate new product features, bug fixes and application updates against product and technical requirements

Reproduce, document and track defects with clear steps, logs, screenshots and supporting technical detail

Work closely with Mobile Engineering and Product teams to identify root causes and validate fixes

Test API-driven mobile workflows, authentication, account access, synchronization and other backend-dependent functionality

Validate application behavior across different iOS versions, device types, network conditions and user configurations

Support App Store release validation and regression testing for mobile releases

Maintain and improve test plans, regression suites and QA documentation

Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend improvements to mobile testing processes

Collaborate with automation engineers to identify high-value scenarios for automated coverage

Stay current with iOS platform changes, Apple testing tools and mobile QA best practices

Use AI-assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to improve test design, defect analysis, troubleshooting and documentation

Requirements

4+ years of experience in mobile QA, software testing or iOS application testing

Strong hands-on experience testing native iOS applications

Experience testing across multiple iPhone and iPad devices and iOS versions

Familiarity with Xcode, iOS Simulator and common Apple development and diagnostic tools

Strong understanding of mobile application behavior, client-server communication and API-driven workflows

Experience with functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing

Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to review logs and isolate reproducible issues

Experience working with test management, issue tracking and source control tools

Familiarity with Agile software development and release processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering, Product and QA teams

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple testing priorities

Ability and willingness to use AI-assisted tools effectively to support test development, analysis, troubleshooting and documentation

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing cybersecurity, identity, password management or other security-sensitive mobile applications

Familiarity with iOS automation frameworks such as XCUITest, Appium or similar tools

Experience testing authentication technologies such as biometrics, passkeys, MFA or SSO

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman

Familiarity with mobile performance, accessibility or network-condition testing

Experience validating mobile applications across both iOS and Android environments

Familiarity with TestFlight and App Store release workflows
