Job description
Quality Assurance ManagerKey Responsibilities:Monitor installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work complies with project specifications and contract requirements.Perform field quality inspections and quality assurance audits.Prepare and maintain QA plans for construction activities.Manage document control and maintain accurate project quality records.Identify quality issues and help implement corrective actions.Support continuous process improvement initiatives across the project.Communicate technical information effectively with field personnel and project leadership.Maintain organized documentation and assist with project closeout activities.What They're Looking For:1–3+ years of QA/QC or construction quality experience.Experience performing inspections, audits, or quality documentation.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate effectively with both field personnel and management.Ability to pass a background check.Preferred Qualifications:Telecommunications or low-voltage construction experience.Data center construction experience.Structured cabling or fiber infrastructure experience.Experience with document management systems.Construction QA/QC background.Why This Role:This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction while supporting a major hyperscale data center project.
