Job description
Critical Materials Group in Ballinger, TX leads QA/QC for explosives production, ensuring product quality from raw materials to final release. This role combines systems development with hands-on testing to maintain safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will execute internal audits, maintain the QMS, and guide CAPA and root-cause investigations while coordinating with production, lab, and external auditors to ensure regulatory adherence and superior quality data packages.
