Job description
Nounós Creamery in Babylon, New York, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Quality Assurance & R&D Manager to lead QA, food-safety, regulatory, laboratory, and product-development programs in our new dairy facility.
The ideal candidate will have dairy/manufacturing expertise, lab-to-floor experience, and the ability to manage audits, COAs, certifications, and new product development such as Greek yogurt and dips. This role is hands-on in both lab and production environments.
