Job description
FlexTrade Systems seeks an experienced QA Team Lead in New York to own quality across a complex product suite. You will bridge hands-on testing and leadership, shaping test strategy, building automated coverage, and coaching a team of QA engineers to raise the quality bar on every release.
You'll oversee manual and automated testing across UI, APIs, and backend components, collaborate with engineering and product partners, and drive metrics to continuous improvement.
