Job description
Fresh Texas is hiring a QA Team Leader to direct quality assurance activities across shifts in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will mentor QA technicians, coordinate holds/releases, and ensure adherence to HACCP and GMP standards while supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will collaborate with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance to uphold product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and help drive training and readiness for customer audits.
