Quality Assurance Technician - 3rd ShiftBethlehem, PA11:00 pm - 7:30 amMonday - Friday$19.00 to $21.00 per hourPremier food manufacturer is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician who can ensure a quality product while adhering to customer specifications. Employee will safely operate machinery and equipment used in producing ingredients, product parts or in packaging.Duties of a Quality Assurance Technician:Product testing at all stages of processing and packagingLab equipment operations, maintenance and calibration.Sanitation CIP being done and documented according to scheduleMonitor scheduled titrations to check chemical levelsAudit, document with notification of facility sanitation & GMP'sNote and notify deviations to Management immediatelyOther duties as required.Qualifications of a Quality Assurance Technician:High School Diploma, GED minimum.Prefer Associates or B.S. with some science background.Must read and write English well and have basic math skills.Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb stairs.Microsoft Office – Word, ExcelBenefits:Medical, Rx, and Wellness BenefitsDental and Vision Plan OptionsShort-term Disability401(k) Retirement PlanHoliday PayThis position is open and ready to hire!!
