Also conducts various audits (line, product & sanitation) for required lines. MINIMUM SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Review daily operations/production paperwork for Quality Compliance. Conduct finished product testing & other testing for all lines (water, environmental, etc.). High School Diploma or GED Perform daily line audits / inspections. Assist with Quality projects / R & D testing as required. Ensure compliance to all Food Safety and GMP Procedures.
