QA/QC Technician LeadAt PPC Flex, quality is at the center of everything we do. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Technician Lead to help drive product quality, food safety, and continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing operations.This position is ideal for an experienced quality professional who enjoys working closely with production teams, solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring our products meet customer expectations every day. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a QA/QC Technician Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our quality systems and helping maintain the highest standards of product safety and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standardsConduct audits, inspections, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing processInvestigate and document non-conforming materials and assist with root cause analysisPerform laboratory testing, including heat seal testing, retained solvent testing, COF testing, barcode verification, and other quality evaluationsGenerate Certificates of Analysis and maintain quality recordsTrain and support production employees on quality procedures and testing methodsAssist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiativesProcess customer returns and support rework activities when neededMaintain quality hold areas, retain samples, supplier documentation, and laboratory equipmentPartner with production teams to identify opportunities for improvement and reduce quality-related costsPromote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability throughout the facilityWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentMinimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance roleStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsEffective communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting toolsEnglish required; bilingual Spanish is a plusWhy Join PPC Flex?Opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and customer satisfactionCollaborative team environment where your ideas are valuedHands-on leadership role with visibility across multiple departmentsGrowth opportunities within a dynamic manufacturing organizationStable company committed to continuous improvement and operational excellenceIf you're passionate about quality, enjoy working with people, and want to help drive manufacturing excellence, we encourage you to apply today.PPC Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
