Job description

Final Product InspectorInspect and evaluate final products to ensure compliance to customer requirements prior to delivery.Essential Job Function:Perform Final Inspection on finished product to ensure compliance to customer requirements.Read customer drawingsPerform measurements with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gages.Perform rework as appropriate, which may include mask touch-up, material removal with an x-acto knife, burnishing, soldering irons, final finish brush plating, sandingVerify acceptability of rework after completionIdentify and mark non-conforming product to ensure it is not deliveredPrepare standard and AS9102 First Article Reports as neededVerify certifications and reports are complete and accurate and can be used for final acceptance and certification of productComplete Deliverables for Customers and ensure they are complete and accurateComplete department logs and record yield data as requiredPerform preventative maintenance as defined by department maintenance scheduleSupport other work areas or departments as required by production or management.Ability to work overtime as requestedKeep work area clean and organizedWork schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm.Essential Qualifications, Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentOne year of PCB manufacturing experienceOne year knowledge of IPC-6012, or IPC-6013One year knowledge of IPC-600Preferred Additional Skills:Strong work ethicAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting and performing visual and manual tasks.Fine motor skillsAbility to use microscopes for long periods of time performing job dutiesCompensation/Benefits:California Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour USD | DOEThe actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.Advanced PCB offers a variety of health and benefit programs.
