*3-5 years of experience
This role supports the Quality Control and Environmental Monitoring team in maintaining cleanrooms for commercial manufacturing and monitoring performance qualifications. The role involves environmental monitoring, investigations, report writing, and upkeep of the micro department.
Perform environmental monitoring. Level 3 gowning qualification is required, with hours in the cleanroom as needed.
Assist with laboratory/media supplies and equipment maintenance.
Support investigations for environmental excursions, revise SOPs, trend reports, deviations, and corrective actions.
Perform water sampling and gas testing.
Execute aseptic process validations, EM performance qualifications, and gowning qualifications.
