Eligible employees will have the opportunity to earn up to $6,000 bonus in your first year of employment!****What You'll Be Doing*** Perform quality control testing on aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and/or related materials to verify product compliance.* Collect samples, record test results, and maintain accurate quality documentation.* Monitor production processes and communicate quality findings to plant and operations teams.* Troubleshoot quality issues and support corrective actions to maintain product standards.* Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures in daily activities.**What Are We Looking For*** Knowledge of quality control testing procedures and ability to accurately perform and document test results.* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts.* Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with operations and production teams.* Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and recordkeeping systems.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $31.00- $37.00 per hour.* Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits* Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled.* AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance* Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 56 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays
