Job description
My Life My Home in Illinois is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a QIDP/Site Leader. You will manage a caseload of approximately 8 residents and coordinate supports provided by nurses, Direct Support Professionals, and other staff to promote meaningful lives.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Psychology, or related field, or an RN license, with at least one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
