Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager (QHSE)
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Manager (QHSE). You will be part of our Industrial Flow team based out of Houston, Texas reporting to the General Manager. In this role, your mission is to support sustainable profitable growth of the company, with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental targets. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day will include:
Promoting a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization through strong leadership and employee engagement.
Fostering collaborative relationships within the leadership team to ensure QHSE standards are integrated into business operations and decision-making.
Implementing proactive measures to reduce workplace accidents, injuries, and health-related issues, and tracking safety incidents, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive quality management system.
Leading ISO audits to measure and adhere to QMS standards and ensure certification.
Investigating customer complaints, non-conformities, root cause, and implementing corrective actions as needed within the CPAR program.
Managing the QHSE team.
Your skills and experience:
Minimum of seven years related experience, preferably within a sales and service organization.
Minimum three years supervisory experience.
Experience working with quality systems and leading ISO audits.
Experience leading SHEQ initiatives across multiple teams and locations.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical/engineering discipline.
Certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and 45001:2018.
