Job description
Eataly is seeking a General Manager of Quick Service Restaurants to oversee all QSR operations at a high-volume store in New York. The role requires on-site leadership, strategic planning and a focus on profitability while maintaining guest experience.
You will build and mentor a fast-paced team, manage schedules and labor costs, and partner with senior leaders on growth initiatives. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.
