Your day will include:Medication Management: Safely administering medications and supervising residents who self-administer.Accurate Records: Maintaining timely and precise daily records in accordance with company policy.Safety & Organization: Keeping the medicine supply room pristine and organized.Accountability: Completing accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances, to ensure resident safety.What You'll Need to SucceedEducation: High school diploma or GED.Certification: Valid Indiana QMA certification (current and in good standing).Experience: 1–2 months of related clinical experience is preferred, but a passion for senior care is a must!Mindset: A positive, "resident-first" attitude and a commitment to being a team player.Apply Today!
