nQMA Opportunity at Waters Edge Village

nPT Evening Shift

nAs a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

nSkills Needed

nnnSupportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.

n

nnLeadership : Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of our residents.

n

nnCollaboration: In partnership with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

n

nnTeamwork: The ability to work towards a common goal of excellent care for our residents.

n

nnInterpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment.

n

n nRequirements:

nnnSuccessful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.

n

nnIndiana QMA license.

n

nnStrong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

n

nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n
