Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) – Senior Living
Charlestown Place at New Albany is hiring a QMA in our Skilled Nursing community — $20.00–$22.50/hour + credit for experience.
Pay: $20.00–$22.50/hour + credit for experience
Job Type: Full-time
Location: New Albany, IN (In person)
Schedule: Full-time, 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts — 6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM

What You'll Do
Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Document medication administration and observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
Assist with CNA duties and work closely with nursing staff
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and support the healthcare team in delivering quality resident care
What You'll Need
Willingness and ability to perform CNA duties (required for this position)
Active QMA certification in Indiana, or willingness to obtain by hire if certified in Kentucky
1 year of related experience preferred
At least 18 years old
