Job description

This is a remote position.

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for performing both manual and automated testing, validating that new features, enhancements, and fixes work as expected. Your sharp attention to detail will be crucial in identifying potential issues early on, so we can deliver a smooth, flawless user experience.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:

Testing: You’ll conduct both manual and automated tests on new features, bug fixes, and product enhancements to make sure they meet our high standards. Whether it’s testing on different platforms or running edge-case scenarios, your testing will ensure everything works as intended.

Creating Test Cases: You’ll write clear, well-structured test cases to ensure we cover every functional aspect of our software. Your documentation will guide the testing process and ensure thorough checks.

Tracking Bugs: When issues arise, you’ll identify, document, and track defects. You’ll work with developers and the rest of the team to ensure that bugs are addressed and resolved on time.

Collaborating Across Teams: You’ll partner with developers, product managers, and other key team members to understand project requirements and ensure we’re delivering a product that meets both functional needs and quality expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Selenium: You should have hands-on experience with Selenium for automating tests. We value your expertise in improving efficiency and effectiveness in testing processes.

Proficiency in JIRA: You’re familiar with JIRA, using it to track bugs, tasks, and project progress. You know how to communicate clearly through it and keep the team on track.

API Testing Skills: A strong understanding of API testing principles and tools is essential. You’ll make sure that different software components communicate smoothly and reliably.

Detail-Oriented & Analytical Mindset: You have an eye for the small details that others might miss. You’re quick to identify issues and have the problem-solving skills to address them effectively.

Great Communication Skills: You’re clear and concise when documenting test results, reporting bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
