Quality Auditor (QA) – 1st ShiftLocation: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 Shift: Monday – Friday | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pay Rate: $24.75/hourJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Auditor (QA) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products on the assembly lines to ensure they meet quality standards and company specifications. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections on products throughout the assembly process.Ensure products meet company quality standards and specifications.Identify and document product defects or quality concerns.Follow operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.Record inspection results and production data accurately.Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve quality issues.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 6 months of quality inspection, manufacturing, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, understand, and follow operating procedures, safety standards, labels, and work instructions.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain concentration for extended periods.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift.Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach at shoulder level, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.Near vision capability of 20/40 or better, with or without corrective lenses.Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus.
