Quality Assurance & Home Visit CoordinatorNew Day Personal Care Services is seeking dependable, professional individuals to conduct quarterly home visits with clients throughout our service area. This flexible contractor role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, interacting with clients, and helping ensure quality personal care services.Responsibilities:Conduct assigned quarterly client home visitsComplete client satisfaction and quality assurance reviewsObserve and document service quality and caregiver performanceIdentify and report client, safety, or service concernsSubmit required documentation timelyMaintain client confidentiality and professionalismQualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsDependable and able to work independentlyReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insuranceComfortable traveling to clients' homesHealthcare, home care, social services, or customer service experience preferredMust meet applicable background screening requirementsCompensation & Schedule:$200 monthly vehicle allowance$15 per completed home visitApproximately 28 visits per monthFlexible scheduling, including the ability to complete visits during weekdays, evenings, or weekends1099 independent contractor opportunityJoin New Day and help us ensure every client receives the quality, attention, and service they deserve.
