Sun Life U.S. is seeking an Associate Director, Quality Assurance to lead QA across Dental Shared Services, ensuring accurate, compliant, and consistent performance across operations.
This role partners with Operations, Compliance, Training, and senior leadership to drive audits, calibration, continuous improvement, and regulatory readiness, including automation and advanced analytics. Hybrid work, with in-office presence required at least 2 days per week.
