Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.

Prior experience supporting high-volume production operations and leading cross-functional quality initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Successful candidates are quality-focused leaders who excel in fast-paced manufacturing environments. We're looking for individuals who can balance hands-on quality responsibilities with team leadership, effectively communicate across departments, and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
