Job description
The Quality Manager to lead quality operations in machining environment. This hands-on leadership role will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS), drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team.
Manage and improve the QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO and customer standards.
Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance product quality.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including CMM and precision measurement activities.
Lead root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects.
Serve as the primary quality contact for customers, suppliers, and audits.
Support quality planning activities, including PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and capability studies.
Qualifications
7+ years of quality experience within precision manufacturing.
3+ years of quality leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, GD&T, dimensional inspection, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.
Experience with CMMs, quality systems, and ISO 9001 requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: $100,000-$115,000
