Job description
Balchem Corporation is hiring a Quality Assurance Regional Manager for Minnesota to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards across multiple sites. You will lead the regional quality team and collaborate with R&D, Production, and Commercial teams to support new products and processes.
The role requires 10+ years in food or dietary supplement industries, strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, SQF, and a proven track record in leading quality initiatives in an FDA-regulated setting.
